6.2. List of other employees including name, seniority, position, age, salary, term, type of salary (ordinary or integral), and severance pay regime.
6.3. Employment, "change in control," severance, retirement, retention or consulting agreements or arrangements with directors or executive officers of the Issuers
6.4. Any payments or expenses paid in the last year or any obligation to make such payments or expenses in the current or any future year (including amounts and length of terms) that relate to service by employees that are no longer employed (severance pay or benefits promised but never accrued)>
6.5.
